👉🏆  💜⚜️ Fiorentina lost the first leg of the Conference League round of 16 at the Olympic Athletic Center in Athens, Greece.  Fiorentina left the Athens Olympic Stadium with a disappointing 3-2 defeat. The first half ended in a 2-2 draw, but Moreno’s goal was disallowed. In the second half, Panathinaikos managed to take the lead and kept it until the final whistle. The return leg will be crucial, as the Viola must make up for the one-goal disadvantage. The atmosphere was tense at the end, especially with the Greeks taking their time. It was a rough day for Fiorentina fans, but hope remains. Just keep your spirits up!

In their history, Fiorentina has faced Greek teams six times, managing to secure just one win on home turf.

Fiorentina made it a closer game in the 21st minute when Lucas Beltrán scored with a well-placed header into the top left corner. The setup came from Robin Gosens, who paused to send a hard cross into the middle. Beltrán was perfectly positioned at the far post to head it home.

In the 23rd minute, Fiorentina brought the score to 2-2. Nicolò Fagioli scored with a precise left-footed shot aimed at the bottom left corner, assisted by Robin Gosens. The Viola executed a fantastic play, with Mandragora switching the ball to Gosens, who then made a smart backward cross that tricked Dragowski.
