MILANELLO – The rossoneri took part in a morning training session on Thursday at Milanello which started just after 11.30. Alex and Abate were also present for the team warm-up at the start of the session.This was followed by some passing and possession drills before splitting up into 2 groups to continue working with the ball. One group worked on the lower pitch with head coach Inzaghi while the other group trained on the central pitch with assistant coach Tassotti and coach Maldera.Individuals: Alex and Abate did the entire training session with the rest of their team-mates. De Sciglio worked on his personalised training programme focused on running at an intense level.
