MILAN – The Milan Youth Sector team, the Primavera, ran out 4-1 winners in their Round 25 league match against Sassuolo at the Vismara.

The Rossoneri were in control early on but the visitors took the lead through Lodesani on seven minutes on a one-against-one with Livieri. However, Milan hit back two minutes later when Piccinocchi combined Di Molfetta and the former set up Fabbro with a precise cross. Cristian Brocchi’s side continued to press as Sassuolo looked to play on the counter-attack.

Shortly after the restart, Milan completed the comeback thanks to Vassallo. With just over 15 minutes to go, the Rossoneri extended their lead when Fabbro scored his second of the match and deep into second half stoppages Brocchi’s boys completed the rout with a goal from Di Molfetta.

Saturday’s victory was the team’s ninth home win of the year. Milan have netted a total of 76 goals this season, the best in the league, with one game left to play before the regular season comes to an end and the Scudetto-Finals begin in June.
