MILAN – The Round 35 Serie A match between Milan-Roma at the San Siro on Saturday night ended 2-1 in favour of the rossoneri.

Van Ginkel broke the deadlock minutes before the half-time interval while Destro doubled Milan’s lead shortly after the restart.

Francesco Totti pulled a goal back for the away side, but the rossoneri held on for all 3 points. Here are the stats to emerge from the match:

1- by scoring the game’s opening goal, Van Ginkel found the back of the net for the first time with the Milan jersey.

200- Ignazio Abate reached the impressive milestone of 200 appearances with the rossoneri jersey by starting against Roma on Saturday night.
