MILAN – This Sunday, the Rossoneri meet Sassuolo, an opponent that will always hold special and positive memories for our teenage shot-stopper Gigio Donnarumma. 
On August 13, the goalkeeper's penalty saves versus the Neroverdi duo Berardi and Acerbi helped Milan win the 2015 TIM Trophy at the Mapei Stadium. 
Two months later, and on October 25, Sassuolo were his opponents on the day of his Serie A debut.  Once again, the Rossoneri came out on top, this time winning 2-1 at the San Siro. 
Since making his official debut, the Italian has impressed with a number of assured displays and showed a maturity, on and off the pitch, well beyond his tender age of just 17.
