Lega Serie A and Frecciarossa extend their collaboration, which will now span the 2024/25, 2025/26, and 2026/27 seasons. The Coppa Italia will proudly showcase Trenitalia (FS Group) High Speed trains as its Title Sponsor. The brand represents the essence of Italian identity, cutting-edge technology, and rapid transit. Moreover, Trenitalia continues to be the Travel Partner for Lega Serie A.

The partnership renewal was marked at the grand Frecciarossa & Partners event in Milan on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. This exciting occasion took place at the National Museum of Science and Technology “Leonardo Da Vinci.”  It featured the top executives from both companies, along with Lega Serie A Ambassadors Alessandro Del Piero and Christian Vieri.

In addition, to honor the remarkable speed and performance that Frecciarossa is known for, a special award will be presented. The footballers who achieve the highest average speed at the end of the first and second rounds, as tracked by the Hawk-Eye system, will receive this unique recognition.

Since the start of the 2021/22 season, our collaboration with Frecciarossa has been a hallmark of success. This is especially true for the revamped Coppa Italia, which has seen record-breaking TV ratings and thrilling matches on the field. As a result, we’ve experienced a boost in television rights sales for the tournament, as noted by Lega Serie A CEO Luigi De Siervo. We’re excited to continue this journey together for another three seasons, aiming to connect the nation through Frecciarossa’s outstanding fast transport, along with special promotions for our fans.
