PITTSBURGH – At the Heinz Field, the Rossoneri resumed training in preparation for the next fixture in their North American tour. Filippo Inzaghi began session in Pittsburgh at 10:45 am (U.S. time).
The first stage included the complete group, with a warm-up involving running, lower limb exercises and stretching. The team was then divided into two groups.
Players who remained on the pitch for more than 45 minutes yesterday were asked to complete a warm down, with floor exercises and running. The others did some ball work, initially with a technical focus on possession and pressing.
Training then continued for the second group with exercises on attack work, with crosses and shots against a central defender and goalkeeper.
The session ended with a practice match. Training resumes tomorrow with a double session, still at the Heinz Field in Pittsburgh.
