A convincing victory for Udinese thanks to the magic of Captain Antonio “Toto” Di Natale. It’s a boost to the morale of the team because now Udinese are getting away of the relegation zone while Chievo are succumbing. Udinese super motivated as this week they defeated Fiorentina in the Coppa Italia Semifinal First Leg. Now, the motivation is high to play the Second Leg.
Udinese opening the score in the 56th minute with Di Natale getting the assist by Dusan Basta. Di Natale defeats Chievo Verona goalkeeper Christian Puggioni with a right footed shot in the bottom left corner. It’s the 6th goal this season for Di Natale. Di Natale celebrates by running towards the fans with extending arms.
In the 74th minute, it is Bruno Fernandes defeating goalkeeper Puggioni with a left footed shot in the center. Party is on at the Friuli Stadium.
A magic moment for Fernandes, not only scoring a goal, but also making the assist for the third goal of the match in the 86th minute. A nightmare for goalkeeper Puggioni defeated by midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu with a right footed shot in the bottom right corner.
