MILAN – A gift for the fans was needed and it came. A tough performance from the Rossoneri and it paid off as three more points are put on the table as the team fight for Europa League qualification.
After almost three years, Milan win the derby. The last Rossoneri victory was in the Italian Supercup on 6 August 2011 in Beijing with a goal from Kevin Prince Boateng. The last three derby points picked up in the league was on 2 April 2011 with a 3-0 score line thanks to two from Cassano and a penalty from Pato.
