VERSO EURO 2020: SONO 71 I CONVOCATI PROVENIENTI DALLA SERIE A TIM
Prenderà il via il prossimo 11 Giugno, con la gara inaugurale dello stadio Olimpico di Roma Turchia-Italia, il campionato europeo di calcio Euro 2020. Sono 71 i calciatori convocati per la competizione dalle rispettive nazionali che hanno preso parte all’ultima stagione di Serie A TIM.
La nazionale più rappresentata è l’Italia con 22 convocati provenienti dal nostro campionato, seguita dalla Danimarca e la Polonia (7 convocati) e dalla Croazia (5 convocati).
La squadra di Serie A TIM maggiormente rappresentata sarà la Juventus, con 12 calciatori scelti nelle rispettive nazionali. Poi l’Atalanta con 9 convocati, seguono Inter e Napoli con 8 selezionati.

“Forza Azzurri, we’re cheering you on”: the young patients at Bambino Gesù see their poster on show at Coverciano

“Forza Azzurri, we are cheering you on” is the message sent by the young patients, written in big letters on a poster which was handed to the players during the “Notte Azzurra” TV show.
The poster hangs right next to the team’s changing room at Coverciano, such that the Azzurri take to the training pitch with the message from their passionate young fans still in their minds.
“We will take this poster with us to our training camp because these children manage to demonstrate incredible energy despite their circumstances: they are a fantastic example for us,” centre-back Leonardo Bonucci explained during the TV show.
Francesco Acerbi then added: “They have such a strong mentality, which we ought to learn from.”
