A great victory for Milan, which chases away the crisis and is back in the game to advance to the Round of 16. After the 1-1 draw in the first half, Giroud decides the match with an imperious break following an assist from Theo Hernandez. Pioli’s men then legitimized the advantage with another couple of clear chances but, above all, practically never allowing the guests to get a shot. The only thrill comes in the 89th minute with Lee Kang-In’s post, then nothing happens again until the end of the infinite recovery granted by Gil Manzano.
