Juventus winning the Derby della Mole defeating Torino in the Serie A Week 30 game on Saturday 4 July 2020 at the Allianz Stadium in Turin, Italy.  Juventus claiming the full bragging rights to rule in the City of Turin.  The added boost is that they are reaffirming their sole leadership in the Serie A reaching 75 points.  Lazio following in the 2nd position with 68 points after losing their game against AC Milan.

The defeat for Torino is sour as to make matters worst there is an own goal giving Juventus a poker! Juventus defeated Torino with a 4-1. Cristiano Ronaldo scored from a free kick. It was Cristiano Ronaldo’s 55th from a free kick during his career making him the first player in the Premier League era to score 25 or more goals in a season in England, Spain and Italy. Way to go for a SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII celebration.

Highlight of the match is the celebration of great Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon, 42 years old, making his 648th appearance in the Serie A breaking Paolo Maldini’s Serie A appearance record.

Juventus opening the score in the 3rd minute. What a fast goal by Argentinean forward Paulo Dybala defeating Torino goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu with a left footed shot in the high center. The assist is by Colombian midfielder Juan Cuadrado.

Juventus increasing the score in the 29th minute. It is Juan Cuadrado this time to score after providing the assist to Dybala for the first goal. Cuadrado delivering a right footed shot to the bottom left corner. The assist is by forward Cristiano Ronaldo following a fast break.

Torino shortening the distance in the 45th minute. Referee Fabio Maresca giving a penalty to Torino. It is forward Andrea Belotti to convert the penalty defeating Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon with a right footed shot in the bottom left corner. The penalty is conceded by Matthijs de Ligt after a handball inside the penalty area.

The third goal of the match for Juventus happening in the 61st minute. It is Cristiano Ronaldo to score with a right footed free kick shot in the top left corner. Way to go for Cristiano, this is his first free kick goal for Juventus, and what a goal! This is Cristiano’s 25th goal this season.

The final blow for Torino happening in the 87th minute. The action started by Juventus Douglas Costa seeing Koffi Djidji scoring the own goal…..

Lazio failing big time to win the Serie A Week 30 game on Saturday 4 July 2020 at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium in Rome, Italy.   It seems the pressure was too much for Lazio to keep up the race for the Scudetto being in the second position with 68 points while Juventus are in the first position with 75 points.   AC Milan needed the victory to keep the dream alive and reach to the first 6 positions.   Surely, it is a total flop for Lazio and a boost for AC Milan.

AC Milan opening the score in the 23rd minute. It is Hakan Calhanoglu to defeat Lazio goalkeeper with a right footed shot in the bottom left corner. The assist is by Super Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Problems for Lazio. Referee Gianpaolo Calvarese giving a penalty to Milan. In te 34th minute, it is Super Zlatan Ibrahimovic to convert the penalty with a right footed shot in the bottom left corner. The penalty is conceded by Stefan Radu following a handball inside the penalty area.

Hello, my friends. Here are the 2019-2020 Serie A Week 29 RESULTS / Twenty-ninth Round on Tuesday 30 June, Wednesday 1, and Thursday 2 July 2020.

👉 Up to Serie A Week 29: There is a three-way race between Juventus (72), Lazio (68), and Inter (64).

The Serie A leadership remains the same.  Juventus reaching 72 points after defeating Genoa at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium with the goals by Paulo Dybala, Cristiano Ronaldo and Douglas Costa.  Genoa scoring the honor goal with Andrea Pinamonti.  Juventus is +4 points ahead of Lazio with 68 points.    Genoa risking to go down in the relegation zone.

Lazio keeping up the pace with Juventus.  Lazio still believing to win the Scudetto being only -4 points below Juventus.   Lazio defeated Torino at the Olimpico di Torino Stadium.

SPAL failing to win the Serie A Week 29 home game against AC Milan at the Paolo Mazza Stadium.  SPAL struggling to win in the Serie A winning only 5 games this season.  AC Milan with the objective to be in the top 6 teams.   SPAL had the victory until the 94th minute when the own goal by Francesco Vicari gave AC Milan the draw to save one point.  Surely, it is a cold shower for SPAL who almost got a much needed victory.  SPAL  remain in the relegation zone in the 19th position.

Atalanta shining big time at the Gewiss Stadium defeating Napoli with a 2-0.

Bologna failing to win the home game against Cagliari at the Renato Dall’Ara Stadium in Bologna, Italy.  Bologna took the lead in the 45th minute and Cagliari grabbing the draw in the 46th minute sharing one point each.

What a slap for AS Roma falling at the Olimpico!!!  Udinese conquered the Olimpico with an important away victory beating the Roman gladiators with a 0-2.  Great win for Udinese reaching 31 points climbing to the 14th position.
