👉 Here is the list of suspensions by the Sporting Judge Gerardo Mastrandrea assisted by Stefania Ginesio and the A.I.A Representative Carlo Moretti on Friday 29 October 2021 after the Serie A Round 10 concluded on Thursday 28 October 2021.

One Match Suspension

  • Ethan Ampadu (Venezia
  • Samuele Ricci (Empoli)
  • José Palomino (Atalanta).

Coach

Venezia coach Paolo Zanetti was also disqualified for a round: “To have, at the end of the match, in the tunnel that leads to the changing rooms, vehemently and repeatedly contested the referees’ work, with disrespectful words”. For Zanetti also a fine of 5 thousand euros.

Clubs with a fine

Fine of € 15,000.00: to Sampdoria for having its supporters, at the 49th of the second half, repeatedly chanting an insulting chorus against a player of the opposing team.

Fine of € 10,000.00: Inter for having its supporters, on the 20th of the second half, directed a beam of laser-light towards a player of the opposing team.

Fine of € 5,000.00: to Venezia for not having prevented, at the end of the match, the entry on the playing field of a player not included in the match sheet who entered the field with the aim of contesting the actions of the Match officials; infringement detected by the employee of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office.

👉 Here is the list of suspensions by the Sporting Judge Gerardo Mastrandrea assisted by Stefania Ginesio and the A.I.A Representative Carlo Moretti on Monday 25 October 2021 after the Serie A Round 9 concluded on Sunday 24 October 2021.

One Match Suspension

The Serie A sports judge disqualified for a round AS Roma CoachJosè Mourinho and Napoli Coach Luciano Spalletti, both expelled during the league match between Rome and Napoli.  A day of disqualification also for Atalanta Coach Gian Piero Gasperini and Inter Coach Simone Inzaghi.

Interestingly, the Serie A Week 10 will be played without four coaches after yesterday’s respective expulsions. Spalletti, according to the sports judge, had “assuming an ironic attitude, addressing the race director with disrespectful expressions.” Same motivations for Gasperini (“irrelevant expressions”), fined like Spalletti with 5,000 euros, and Inzaghi (“for having challenged an arbitral decision in public and vehemently”). For Mourinho, however, the cause is a double warning.

Measures and motivations

Spalletti: disqualified for an effective day of competition and a fine of € 5,000.00 for having, at the end of the race, on the playing field, assuming an ironic attitude, addressing the Race Director disrespectful expressions.

Mourinho: disqualified for an effective day of competition for a double warning.

Gasperini: disqualified for an effective day of competition and warning (first sanction) and a fine of € 5,000.00 for having, at the 46th of the second half, at the time of the warning measure addressed to the Match Officers irrelevant expressions; infringement detected by the Fourth Officer.

Inzaghi: disqualified for an effective day of competition and warning (first sanction) and a fine of € 5,000.00 for having, in the 43rd of the second half, challenged an arbitration decision in public and vehemently; infringement detected by the Fourth Officer.

One Match Suspension

  • Luis Felipe (Lazio) also fined 5,000 euros
  • Roberto Pereyra (Udinese)
  • Riccardo Sottil (Fiorentina)
  • Thorsby (Sampdoria)

Note: Fine of 10 thousand euros for Milan due to lasers aimed at the players of the opposing team by their fans.

Sampdoria coach Roberto D’Aversa was disqualified for one game.

Acerbi will miss the matches against Inter at the Olimpico and against Hellas Verona at the Bentegodi Stadium.

Bastoni will therefore not take part in the matches against Salernitana and Sampdoria.

Two Match Suspension

  • Francesco Acerbi (Lazio)
  • Simone Bastoni (Spezia)(also fined 5,000 euros)

Acerbi will miss the matches against Inter at the Olimpico and against Hellas Verona at the Bentegodi Stadium.

Bastoni will therefore not take part in the matches against Salernitana and Sampdoria.

Note: Fine of 15 thousand euros to Fiorentina due to insulting choirs of territorial matrix and for the unjustified delay of the start of the second half of five minutes and 5 thousand euros to Atalanta for vulgar chants aimed at opposing fans by their supporters, to Naples for the unjustified delay of the start of the second half of five minutes and at Milan for boorish chants against the opposing supporters.

Investigations on racist chants against Koulibaly Kalidou continue

No decision, at the moment, regarding the racist offenses received against Koulibaly at the end of the match between Fiorentina and Napoli; the investigations into the episode are in fact continuing. “The sports judge, with reference to the choirs of a discriminatory nature against the player Koulibaly, took note of the opening of a specific investigation procedure by the Federal Prosecutor aimed at ascertaining the facts and identifying the responsible subjects, reserving the outcome the procedure itself to adopt the consequent measures, where applicable “, reads the press release.

One Match Suspension

Note: Djidji was sent off in the match Torino against Venezia for a foul that led to the penalty for scored by the former Aramu.  (Venezia 1 – 1 Torino)

There is a 10,000,000 euro fine for Zaniolo because at the end of the derby against Lazio he made vulgar and defiant gestures towards some Lazio fans (Lazio 3 –  2  AS Roma ). Fine of 3 thousand euros to Napoli due to the use of a whistle by his supporters that disturbed the regular running of the match Napoli 2 – 0 Cagliari . Finally, 2 thousand euros to Inter for offensive chants by his fans against the coach of the opposing team (Inter 2 – 2 Atalanta)
