Serie A Standing AFTER the game:
Juventus, 1st position with 81 points and a positive goal difference of +47
Parma, 6th position with 47 points and a positive goal difference of +13
Juventus the absolute leaders defeating Parma to extend their wide gap over the 2nd position hold by AS Roma. This victory for Juventus is like “securing” the third consecutive Scudetto seeing their objective close.
Juventus living a great rocking moment in Serie A. It’s a joyous day at the Juventus Stadium seeing forward Carlos Tevez taking back the Top Scorer position after scoring 2 goals reaching 18 goals. Tevez is 1 goal ahead of city rival Torino forward Ciro Immobile with 17 goals.
Juventus opening the score in the 25th minute defeating Parma goalkeeper Antonio Mirante with a right footed shot in the bottom left corner. It’s the 17th goal this season for Tevez.
The party continuing for Tevez scoring his second goal of the match in the 32nd minute. It’s a bad day for Parma goalkeeper Mirante defeated with a right footed shot in the center.
The honor goal for Parma in the 62nd minute with midfielder Cristian Molinaro defeating Juventus goalkeeper Gigi Buffon with left footed shot in the top left corner.
Parma remaining with 10 players after Referee Banti gives a red card to forward Amauri after a foul on Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini in the 65th minute.

Hello my friends. Here is the Serie A PREVIEW for
the
Serie A Week 30, 2013 – 2014 Season on Tuesday 25, Wednesday 26, and Thursday 27 March
2014, matchday 30.
Time is running by, 8 more games after this round! We are having a mid-week session games and things are getting hot for some of the teams. One team not worrying, of course, is Juventus. Yep. Juventus are on a solo flight to the third consecutive Scudetto. Juventus reaching 78 points having a wide advantage of +14 points with AS Roma holding the second position. Roma still with a pending game and the gap might be +11 in case of Roma defeating Parma. Juventus is the only team competing in European competition and surely their objective this week is to claim another victory. Juventus will play at home against Parma and next week will play in the Europa League against Lyon.
Redemption round for the Milan teams. Inter losing the home game against Atalanta at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium while AC Milan not able to win the away game against Lazio at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium. This week we might see some changes. AC Milan coach Clarence Seedorf with the pressure to win the away game against Fiorentina at the Artemio Franchi Stadium. Rumors insisting on the possible sacking of Seedorf in case of losing. Bottom line, AC Milan are living a somber, dark period.
AS Roma are flying high after defeating Napoli at the San Paolo Stadium. Roma still not giving up and not willing to lose the 2nd position. A tough match this week against an inspired Torino with forward Ciro Immobile scoring 3 goals against Livorno. Roma will look for the home victory, but Torino also looking to cause an upset. Coach Rudi Garcia is clear and their objective is at least not to lose the 2nd position.
It seems the hope for Catania to remain in Serie A next season are disappearing. Catania will have to pray “a lot” for a miracle. Catania will receive Napoli at the Angelo Massimino Stadium and a victory is a must or else. Napoli will look to redeem themselves after their embarrassing defeat against Fiorentina. Pressure is all for Catania….
Here is the situation. Juventus in the 1st position with 78 points and a
positive goal difference of +46. AS Roma in the 2nd position with 64
points and a positive goal difference of +40. Napoli in the 3rd
position with 58 points and a positive goal difference of +23.
The Europa League zone. Fiorentina
in the 4th position with 51 points and a positive goal difference of
+18. Parma in the 5th position with 47 points and a positive goal
difference of +14. Inter in the 16th position with 47 points and a
positive goal difference of +16.
Relegation Zone: Livorno in the 18th position with 29
points and a negative goal difference of -22. Sassuolo in the 19th
position with 21 points and a negative goal difference of -29. Catania
in the 20th position with 20 points and a negative goal difference of -29
Up to Round 29, Week 29 most scored goals in favor: Juventus scoring 65 goals

Hello my friends. Here is the Serie AROUNDUP for
the
Serie A Week 29, 2013 – 2014 Season on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 March
2014, matchday 29.
Great news for Torino fans to see their forward Ciro Immobile becoming “Top Scorer” with city rivals Juventus forward Carlos Tevez having 16 goals each. Yep. Immobile having a smacking game scoring 3 goals against Livorno. Immobile and Tevez leading the Serie A with Tevez who scored against Catania.
As for the leadership, hello, hello, no news as it is a fact that Juventus are rocking on a solo flight to the Scudetto. Juventus also motivated with their quest in the Europa League Quarterfinals after
defeating Fiorentina. The Serie A
leadership seeing Juventus as the absolute leaders, practically without
rivals. Juventus reaching 78 points sinking Catania still in the 20th position after losing at the Angelo Masimino Stadium with the goal by Tevez.
Surprise is seeing Inter losing at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium against Atalanta. Yep. Inter lost the 5th position and went down to the 6th position. Inter’s verdugo is Atalanta midfielder Giacomo Bonaventura scoring two goals in the 35th and 90th minute. Inter scored only goal by Mauro Icardi in the 36th minute for the temporary draw, then, puff!
AS Roma securing their 2nd position after defeating Chievo Verona at the Marc’Antonio Bentegodi Stadium reaching 64 points! Roma keeping a -14 difference with Juventus and keeping behind Napoli attempting to snatch the 2nd place. Roma must be thanking Fiorentina who defeated Napoli at the San Paolo Stadium. Yep. A total upset for Napoli who were “expected to win the home game.” Fiorentina had a different decision and they snatched away the full 3 points thanks to the goal by forward Joaquin in the 87th minute.
Highlight this week must be the Sampdoria mega victory !!! An astonishing 5-0 against Hellas Verona at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium! Sampdoria were on fire! Verona humiliated and the fans living a party time encouraging Sampdoria. Scoring for Sampdoria were midfielder Roberto Soriano scoring 2 goals, forward Gianluca Sansone, midfielder Angelo Palombo, and midfielder Renan. Sampdoria jumped from the 13th to the 11th position now with 37 points while Verona went down from the 8th to the 9th position with 40 points.
Bologna gaining momentum and getting away the relegation zone after defeating Cagliari at the Renato Dall’Ara Stadium. Referee Gervasoni granted a penalty to Bologna conceded by Cagliari midfielder Daniele Dessena for a foul on midfielder
Lazaros Christodoulopoulos. It is precisely Christodoulopoulos to convert the penalty in the 77th minute with a right footed shot to give the full 3 points, and much needed points to Bologna.
Udinese sinking Sassuolo at the Friuli Stadium. It’s a 1-0 victory with the goal by forward Antonio Di Natale. Sad news for Di Natale’s fans is that he missed a penalty in the 36th minute. Referee Peruzzo granted the penalty conceded by forward Diego Farias for a handball in the penalty area. Di Natale failing to convert the penalty as his right footed shot goes way too high….
Fiorentina in the 4th position with 51 points and a positive goal difference of +18. Parma in the 5th position with 47 points and a positive goal difference of +14. Inter in the 16th position with 47 points and a positive goal difference of +16.
Up to Round 29, Week 29 most scored against: Sassuolo conceding 57 goals
Up to Round 29, Week 29 best defense: AS Roma conceding only 14 goals
Top scorer up to Round 29: Torino forward Ciro Immobile and Juventus foward Carlos Tevez with 16 goals each

Hello my friends. Here is the Serie A PREVIEW for
the
Serie A Week 29, 2013 – 2014 Season on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 March
2014, matchday 29.
It’s an interesting round. Sour preview because out of the 4 Serie A teams who were in European Competions only 1 remain. Yep. AC Milan eliminated in the Champions League. Napoli and Fiorentina also eliminated in the Europa League. The brave challenger is Juventus continuing their quest in the Europa League Quarterfinals after defeating Fiorentina. Juventus are just rocking. The Serie A leadership seeing Juventus as the absolute leaders, practically without rival on a solo flight. This week Juventus are playing against the last team of the Serie A: Catania. An impressive gap of 55 points advantage over Catania. On paper, Juventus are favorite to win, but the desperation to save themselves will be an added motivation for Catania to defeat Juventus at the Angelo Massimino Stadium.
AC Milan will be under pressure as their standing in the Serie A are in big crisis. Milan will not even make it to European competition next year and risking also being out of Coppa Italia too! Pressure is just high because rumors gaining momentum about a possible sacking….. reportedly, coach Clarence Seedorf should win the next 2 games against Lazio and Fiorentina.
Things are changing so fast. AS Roma who started as leaders for several weeks now risking to lose the 2nd position! Yep. There are only 3 points difference with Napoli having 58 points compared to Roma with 61 points. Surely, Roma still having the advantage of goal difference of +38 compared to Napoli with +24.
We also expect a tough battle for the 4th position! Fiorentina holding the 4th position with 48 points followed closely by Inter with 47 points, and Parma in the 6th position with 46 points. So, here, we might see a turnover. Up to Fiorentina to defeat Napoli at the San Paolo Stadium to keep the 4th position. Inter and Parma are playing home games, technically, in favor to win their respective games. Inter will receive Atalanta at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium and Parma receiving Genoa at the Ennio Tardini Stadium.
Here is the situation. Juventus in the 1st position with 75 points and a
positive goal difference of +45. AS Roma in the 2nd position with 58
points and a positive goal difference of +37. Napoli in the 3rd
position with 55 points and a positive goal difference of +23. The Europa League zone. Fiorentina
in the 4th position with 48 points and a positive goal difference of
+17. Inter in the 5th position with 47 points and a positive goal
difference of +17.
Relegation Zone: Bologna in the 18th position with 23
points and a negative goal difference of -20. Sassuolo in the 19th
position with 21 points and a negative goal difference of -28. Catania
in the 20th position with 20 points and a negative goal difference of
-28.
Up to Round 28, Week 28 most scored goals in favor: Juventus scoring 64 goals
Up to Round 28, Week 28 most scored against: Sassuolo conceding 56 goals
Up to Round 28, Week 28 best defense: AS Roma conceding only 12 goals
Top scorer up to Round 28: Juventus forward Carlos Tevez with 15 goals
