Inter crushed Salernitana in grand style at the Arechi Stadium. Lautaro Martinez is the first player in the history of Serie A to score four goals coming off the bench. It’s a super performance by Lautaro. Salernitana goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa would never forget this game and Lautaro is now his nightmare. Victor Osimhen scores the second goal at the start of the second half, Gaetano’s trio in the 88th minute, Politano closes the score from the penalty spot in the 94th minute. Assists for Zielinski, Kvaratskhelia and Raspadori. Second consecutive victory for Napoli.
Fiorentina with a sprint race to climb to the top 5 positions beat Cagliari. It is the fifth victory in Serie A for Vincenzo Italiano’s Fiorentina joining Napoli and Juventus in provisional 3rd place in the standings with 14 points. Nicolás González, Dossena (own goal) and M’Bala Nzola scored decisive goals. Cagliari, on the other hand, reached their third knockout. consecutive (fifth in the championship), remaining at the bottom of the standings with only two points achieved so far.
