🔴🔵 Cagliari 2 – 0 Parma 🟡🔵

Cagliari found their winning form at home again. Pisacane’s squad overcame Parma with a score of 2-0, thanks to goals from Yerry Mina and Mattia Felici. This marked Cagliari’s first victory of the season against Parma, following a draw with Fiorentina and a loss to Napoli. With this win, Fabio Pisacane’s team climbed to four points in the standings, trailing only three teams that have a perfect record after the first three matchdays of Serie A. Unfortunately for Parma, they remain stuck on just one point, suffering their second defeat in as many away games this season, after losing to Juventus in the opening match and drawing with Atalanta before the break.

👉 ⚪️⚫️ Juventus 4 – 3 Inter ⚫️🔵

The Derby d’Italia was truly a nail-biter. Juventus triumphed over Inter at the Allianz Stadium. The 4-3 victory for Juventus was not only thrilling but also a bit unexpected. Juve adds another win to their record, raising their points to 9, while Inter suffers their second consecutive loss, stuck at just 3 points! In short, the match had it all, highlighting the talent of Kenan Yildiz and the crucial skills of Hakan Çalhanoglu. A standout moment featured the Thuram brothers, with Marcus scoring for Inter and Khephren netting one for Juventus, all while their father beamed with pride from the stands as his sons made significant contributions to their teams. The cherry on top was the winning goal scored in the 91st minute. Adzic struck a brilliant winner, assisted by Jonathan David.

⚜️ Fiorentina 1 – 3 Napoli 🔵

Mission accomplished! Napoli triumphed over Fiorentina at the Artemio Franchi Stadium. It’s a total disaster for Fiorentina, suffering a loss in their home match. Meanwhile, Napoli is rejoicing in their victory with a score of three goals to one against Fiorentina. With 9 points in total, Napoli sits at the top with a positive goal difference of +5. Fiorentina has fallen to 13th place, managing only 2 points and a negative goal difference of -2. This serves as a wake-up call for Fiorentina. It’s a disappointing return for Stefano Pioli, who finds himself back on the bench at this stadium after 2,351 days: the last time he was here was against Frosinone over six years ago.

🟡🔴 AS Roma 0 – 1 Torino 🐂

Roma faced a tough defeat against Torino at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium. Gian Piero Gasperini’s Roma experienced their first home league loss to Baroni’s Torino.  In a surprising turn of events, Torino secured this crucial away win. Torino now has 4 points, while Roma stays at 6. The reality is that the Giallorossi encountered a major setback just before next Sunday.  The standout moment was Giovanni Simeone’s brilliant goal in the 59th minute, a curling left-footed shot that went past Svilar, which turned out to be the game-winner.

⚫️🔵 Atalanta 4 – 1 Lecce 🟡🔴

Atalanta dominated Lecce with a score of 4-1 at the Gewiss Stadium. This victory allows Atalanta to rise to provisional sixth place with five points. Unfortunately for Lecce, they remain in the relegation zone with only one point from three matches. Ouch!   Charles De Ketelaere shone between the lines, netting two goals, while Zalewski also had an impressive game, scoring and providing an assist. Krstovic was a constant threat to the opposing defense, even without scoring. Lecce was largely absent in the second half, aside from N’Dri’s stunning late goal, which served as a consolation. This goal was significant for Lecce, who had yet to find the net this season.  This win gives Atalanta a boost ahead of their challenging Champions League match coming up. They will take on the reigning European champions, PSG, on Wednesday the 17th at the Parc des Princes.

⚫️🟢 Sassuolo 1 – 0 Lazio ⚪️🔵

Sassuolo beat Lazio at the Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia. This win serves as a significant boost for Sassuolo, marking their first victory of the season. Previously, Sassuolo found themselves at the bottom of the standings after suffering two straight losses (2-0 at home to Napoli and 3-2 away to Cremonese). Ultimately, Sassuolo secured a narrow victory over Lazio, who, after losing their opening match in Como (2-0), had previously won at the Olimpico against Verona (4-0): Fadera (71′) was the one who clinched the match. The outlook is grim for Lazio.

⚫️🔵  Pisa 0 – 1 Udinese  ⚪️⚫️

Udinese triumphed over Pisa, climbing to third place while awaiting the outcome of Cremonese’s match. Next week, the Friulians will welcome Max Allegri’s AC Milan. Despite a solid performance today, Pisa remains stuck on one point. Udinese achieved a close win, taking the Arena Garibaldi in Pisa. Iker Bravo netted the decisive goal in the 14th minute. In their upcoming league match, the Nerazzurri will travel to face the current Italian champions at the Stadio Maradona.

🔴⚫️ Milan 1 – 0 Bologna 🔴🔵

AC Milan took the lead in the 61st minute with a remarkable and special goal. Why is it so special? How about we celebrate a belated birthday? Well, your wish has come true! Luka Modric celebrates his 40th birthday by scoring a goal in the 61st minute against Bologna. Modric found the back of the net with a right-footed shot into the bottom left corner, assisted by Alexis Saelemaekers. This goal marks Modric’s first for AC Milan and is historic in its own way. He becomes the fifth player to score at the age of forty, joining the legendary Piola, Vierchowood, Costacurta, and Ibrahimovic!

🟡🔵 Hellas Verona 0 – 0 Cremonese 🩶❤️

Hellas Verona and Cremonese ended with a goalless draw at the Marc’Antonio Bentegodi Stadium in Verona, Italy. Cremonese boasts a flawless record after two league matches, while Verona aims to recover from a significant loss they experienced at the Olimpico in Rome against Lazio.

⚪️🔵Como 1 – 1 Genoa  🔴🔵

Como experienced their first draw of the season, earning points after their loss at Bologna, but they couldn’t achieve a second straight home victory, bringing their total to four points, equal with Cagliari and Torino. Genoa recorded their second draw in three matches, tying with Fiorentina and Verona at two points, and notably, they scored their first goal of the season.

Italian Soccer Serie A

Here are the live results for Serie A Week 2 of the 2025-26 season. Games on Friday 29, Saturday 30, and Sunday 31 August 2025. Latest updates include standings, lineups, goals, yellow cards, and more.  The Serie A is set to continue on the weekend of September 13–15, 2025, after the early international break.

✅   Thumbs up: Cremonese, AC Milan, Bologna, Roma, Napoli, Juventus, Udinese, Lazio

❌  Flops:  Sassuolo, Lecce,  Como, Pisa, Cagliari, Inter, Genoa

🩶❤️  Cremonese 3 – 2 Sassuolo  ⚫️🟢

Cremonese took the lead with a header from Filippo Terracciano, and just a minute later, Vazquez increased the advantage. In the second half, Sassuolo made a comeback with the help of their two-star players. First, Andrea Pinamonti delivered a cross that found the net past goalkeeper Emil Audero in the corner. Then, Domenico Berardi successfully converted a penalty awarded by Fadera. The former Como player was both a blessing and a curse for Grosso’s squad, as his mistake in injury time resulted in a penalty for Cremonese, which De Luca successfully converted. The Grigiororo secured full points after two matches, while Sassuolo remained without a goal. After the break, Cremonese will take on Hellas Verona at the Bentegodi. Sassuolo is set to host Lazio at the Mapei.

🟡🔴  Lecce 0 – 2 AC Milan  🔴⚫️

The Rossoneri achieved their first league victory after their defeat against Cremonese. Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Christian Pulisic played key roles in securing the win. Milan was able to celebrate again after 2 goals from Mattia Gabbia and Santiago Giménez were disallowed. Milan can relax for the moment claiming all 3 points to boost the morale of the fans.

🟡🔵  Parma 1 – 1 Atalanta  ⚫️🔵

After a first half that lacked significant scoring chances, the only notable moment was Gianluca Scamacca hitting the post. The second half saw the match come alive. Atalanta, following a strong period from the Emilians, scored with Mario Pašalić, but new signing Patrick Cutrone quickly equalized for the home team. After the international break, Parma will travel to Cagliari, while Atalanta will welcome Lecce.

🔴🔵 Bologna 1 – 0 Como  ⚪️🔵

Bologna triumphed against Como. The home team secured a convincing 1-0 victory over Cesc Fabregas’s squad, with Riccardo Orsolini netting the only goal. This opening score was registered in the 59th minute during a second half where both sides engaged in a tactical struggle, similar to the first half. In the upcoming round, Como will take on Genoa, while Bologna will go up against Milan.

Serie A tickets

⚫️🔵  Pisa 0 – 1 Roma  🟡🔴

Roma secured another win by defeating Pisa in an away match, echoing their previous result against Bologna. This time, Matìas Soulé found the net in the 54th minute, which was sufficient to overcome Gilardino’s newly promoted team, who had managed a draw against Atalanta on Matchday 1.  The Arena Garibaldi was the highlight of the event, making its return to Serie A after 34 years, creating a magical atmosphere with numerous exciting opportunities, as the Nerazzurri supporters celebrated. Now, there’s a break for the national team, followed by home matches for both teams: Roma will face Torino, while Pisa will take on Udinese.

🔵  Napoli 1 – 0 Cagliari  🔴🔵

Can you believe it? The winning goal came in the nail-biting 95th minute. Frank Anguissa netted the goal for Napoli with a right-footed shot to the center, assisted by Alessandro Buongiorno’s cross following a corner conceded by Gianluca Gaetano.  What a cold shower for Cagliari and party time for Napoli!  All in all, we can say that Napoli is defending their Scudetto and showing no signs of slowing down. Napoli now has 6 points, while Cagliari is left with just 1 point.

🔴🔵 Genoa 0 – 1 Juventus ⚪️⚫️

Juventus secured another victory in their league debut and also triumphed in their first away match of the season against Genoa, winning 1-0 at Marassi. The game was determined by Dušan Vlahović, who, despite being unsettled by the Bianconeri’s future plans, has already netted two goals in two league matches. Coming off the bench, Vlahović is proving to be a vital asset to his team, regardless of the off-field circumstances.  The finale was exhilarating for the Rossoblu, highlighted by goalkeeper Di Gregorio’s miraculous save from Ekuban and Masini’s header that struck the crossbar, denying an equalizer. Kudos to Juve for amassing a full 6 points, just like Napoli, both teams boasting a positive goal difference of +3.

🐂  Torino 0 – 0 Fiorentina ⚜️

Torino secured their first point of the league season and currently occupies the eighteenth position after two matches. While it may be a draw, it serves as a morale boost for Torino, who were previously at the bottom of the table with no points. They faced a significant loss in Week 1 against Inter, suffering a 5-0 defeat! Following the break, Baroni’s squad will take on Gasperini’s Roma away.  On the other hand, Fiorentina managed to grab a point in their opening match, finishing 1-1 against Cagliari. Fiorentina is currently in tenth place, having accumulated two points from two games. After the international break, Pioli’s team will welcome Napoli at the Franchi stadium.

⚫️🔵 Inter 1 – 2 Udinese ⚪️⚫️

What a disappointment! Can you believe it? After Inter scored 5 goals against Torino in their first match, they were shocked by Udinese at the Meazza! It was a surprising loss, especially after they took the lead in the 17th minute with a goal from Denzel Dumfries. Udinese flipped the game around between the 29th and 40th minutes, thanks to a penalty scored by Keinan Davis and a brilliant goal from the talented Frenchman Arthur Atta. This is a significant setback for Inter in their effort to stay competitive with Napoli. Inter has dropped to 6th place with 3 points, while Napoli and Juventus are leading with 6 points each and a positive goal difference of +3.

⚪️🔵 Lazio 4 – 0 Hellas Verona 🟡🔵

Lazio crushed Hellas Verona with a commanding 4-0. Simply put, Lazio displayed an impressive performance from beginning to end. They bounced back after their loss to Como in Week 1.  Lazio broke the deadlock with Guendouzi. Just a few minutes later, Captain Mattia Zaccagni doubled the advantage. Before the halftime whistle, Valentin Castellanos took charge of the match. In the second half, Verona tried to respond, but Lazio nearly scored a fourth goal multiple times, eventually finding the net through Boulaye Dia. Interestingly, in Serie A, Boulaye has netted more goals against Hellas Verona than any other team, totaling four. This matches the number he scored against Fiorentina.
