2025-26 Coppa Italia Round 2 Results
Coppa Italia 2025/26 Results 1/16-finals, live scores, final and partial results, standings and match details (goal scorers, yellow cards, red cards, etc.)

🔴🔵 Result: Cagliari 4 – 1 Frosinone 🟡🔵

Cagliari triumphed over Frosinone in the Coppa Italia Frecciarossa Round 2 at the Unipol Domus. They secured a remarkable victory in the second half, advancing to the round of 16 of the Coppa Italia. Their next challenge will be against Napoli in a single match scheduled for December. After taking the lead just 90 seconds into the match, Cagliari encountered some difficulties in the first half but went on to score four goals in the second half against Frosinone.

⚪️⚫️ Udinese 2 – 1 Palermo

Udinese defeated Palermo with a score of 2-1 at the Bluenergy Stadium. This victory propels Udinese into the round of 16 in the Coppa Italia. The match was decided by the first two goals from the black and white team, netted by Nicolò Zaniolo and Lennon Miller. Patryk Peda scored a consolation goal for Palermo in the 93rd minute.

🔴⚫️ AC Milan 3 – 0 Lecce 🟡🔴

AC Milan crushed Lecce with a score of 3-0 in San Siro. Milan has advanced to the Coppa Italia Round of 16, where they will take on Lazio. The Rossoneri’s superiority was clear, with Coach Massimiliano Allegri watching from the stands during his second match of suspension following last year’s final. Goals for Milan scored by Santiago Giménez, Christopher Nkunku, and Christian Pulisic. Referee Paride Tremolada issued a red card to Jamil Siebert in the 18th minute for preventing Nkunku from having a clear scoring opportunity. Lecce was left with only 10 players.

⚪️🔵Como 3 – 0 Sassuolo ⚫️🟢

Como triumphed over Sassuolo in the Coppa Italia Round 2 on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the Giuseppe Sinigaglia Stadium. Como wasted no time, with Jesus Rodriguez scoring a rapid goal just 2 minutes into the match. The Spaniard netted a brace that swung the game in Como’s direction, while Anastasios Douvikas contributed significantly to the scoreline, ensuring a 3-0 victory. Now, a round of 16 matchup against Fiorentina is on the horizon, bringing back the Fabregas-Pioli rivalry, this time in the Coppa Italia.

🟡🔵  Hellas Verona 0 (4) – (5) 0 Venezia  🟠⚫️🟢

Hellas Verona faced a surprising defeat in the Coppa Italia Round 2 against the Serie B team Venezia at the Marc’Antonio Bentegodi Stadium in Verona.  The Veneto derby between Verona and Venezia concluded with a penalty shootout.   This marked the first upset of the Coppa Italia round of 32, as Stroppa’s team knocked out Verona. After a 0-0 stalemate in regulation time, Enzo Ebosse’s miss during Zanetti’s team’s second penalty turned out to be crucial. Consequently, Venezia moves on to challenge Inter in the Coppa Italia Round of 16.

🟡🔵  Parma 2 (4) – (3) 2 Spezia 🦅

Parma defeated Spezia in the Coppa Italia Round 2 match at the Ennio Tardini Stadium.  The match was decided on penalty shootouts after a 2-2 draw.  Parma progress to the Coppa Italia Round of 16, where they will take on Bologna, the defending champions.   Parma took an early advantage in the 26th minute with a goal from Sascha Bristischgi, born in 2006. Aurelio equalized in the 44th minute, and Pellegrino matched that in the first minute of injury time. A red card for Plicco in the 76th minute left Parma down to ten players, and Spezia leveled the score with Lapadula’s goal in the 82nd minute.  After ninety minutes, skipping extra time, the teams went straight to penalties. Spezia’s missed penalties by Edoardo Soleri and Gianluca Lapadula were crucial. Parma’s only miss came from Alessandro Circati.
