Napoli fully committed win the Serie A Week 6 game defeating Cagliari at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.  The victory for Napoli means they are keeping the sole leadership with a perfect score of 18 points while Cagliari desperately needed this away victory to dream with salvation.  Napoli win all the first six Serie A matches of the season for the second time in its history, after 2017/18, in which they achieved success in all the first eight.

Spezia failing to win the Serie A Week 6 game defeated by AC Milan at the Alberto Picco Stadium.  AC Milan keeping up the race for the Scudetto and be among the top 3 teams.  Spezia needed the victory to avoid falling down in the relegation zone. Highlight of the game. Daniel Maldini, 19 years old,  writing Milan history, debut and scores on his Serie A debut with AC Milan!  Third Maldini generation after Cesare and Paolo.   AC Milan  reaching 16 points remain in the 2nd position.

Inter slowing down failing to win the Serie A Week 6 game against Atalanta at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium. Inter needed the victory to keep up the neck to neck race with AC Milan and Napoli.  Atalanta needed the victory to reach Inter.  The game ending with a dramatic draw sharing 1 point each.  The 121th match between Inter and Atalanta in Serie A ends with a draw showing stats Inter with 64 wins, Bergamo 24 wins, and 33 draws.  Inter having 14 points stepping down from the 2nd to the 3rd position as AC Milan reached 16 points.

Lazio win the 155th Derby della Capitale defeating AS Roma in the Serie A Week 6 game at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium.  Lazio are now unbeaten in the last five derbies in Serie A played as host team (3 wins, 2 draws): only twice in the top flight have they avoided defeat for five matches in a row in these challenges: in 2000 (streak shared by Zdenek Zeman and Sven -Göran Eriksson) and in 1947.  The awaited duel between Coaches Maurizio Sarri and Jose Mourinho seeing Sarri as winner.

Genoa and Hellas Verona with a thriller ending the Serie A Week 6 game with a draw on Saturday 25 September 2021 at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium in Genoa, Italy.  Genoa making a comeback after being down by 2 goals to equalize the game.  The new Genoa American Era starts with a positive note avoiding to fall at home.

Juventus win the Serie A Week 6 game defeating Sampdoria at the Allianz Stadium.  Juventus have scored a point in their last two home games in Serie A and there are three home games without successes since 2015, in the first three at the Stadium of the 2015/16 season, again with Massimiliano Allegri on the bench.   Coach Massimiliano Allegri celebrating his bench number 400 in Serie A; the Juventus coach has achieved 243 wins in the competition, at least 59 more than any other coach since his debut in the competition in 2008/09.   Highlight also is Manuel Locatelli scoring his first goal with Juventus.

Sassuolo win the Serie A Week 6 game against Salernitana at the Mapei Stadium.   Salernitana unable to react remaining in the last position of the Serie A having just 1 point.  Sassuolo reaching 7 points.

Fiorentina win the Serie A Week 6 game defeating Udinese at the Dacia Arena. This is a tough lost for Udinese considering it was a home and there was only 1 goal in the match.  Fiorentina claiming the away victory reaching 12 points while Udinese remain with 7 points.  Fiorentina win three consecutive Serie A away games for the first time since April 2018, under the guidance of Stefano Pioli.

Venezia ending the Serie A Week 6 game against Torino with a draw at the Penzo Stadium.  Venezia and Torino sharing 1 point each.   The draw is not enough for Venezia and remain down in the relegation zone in the 18th position.
