Atalanta losing the UEFA Champions League Quarter-finals game against Paris Saint Germain on Wednesday 12 August 2020 at the Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica in Lisbon, Portugal. It is a very painful defeat because Atalanta had the lead until the 90th minute, and in the last 5 minutes, lost concentration with Paris Saint Germain scoring two goals to claim the victory. I am very sad, yet, I give a standing ovation to Atalanta for honoring Italy playing good football and their fantastic season.
Standing ovation for @Atalanta_BC playing good football and delighting us with a great season making history and returning in @ChampionsLeague next season. Grazie mille Mr. Gasperini, I salute you and the team. @atalantadiretta https://t.co/Yet3qqDbS4 pic.twitter.com/SxbfrEMO8E

Paris Saint Germain equalizing in the 90th minute. It is Marquinhos to defeat Atalanta goalkeeper Marco Sportiello from very close range with a right footed shot in the bottom left corner. The assist is by Neymar.
Oh noooooo what a luck! Atalanta conceding 2 goals in less than 5 minutes and lost the game! My heart is in pain, I am just devastated. In the 94th minute, it is Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting to score from very close range with a right footed shot in the center. The assist is by Kylian Mbappé. Oh well….. even with this elimination, I applaud Atalanta for the joy they gave us all in Italy and worldwide.

It’s hard to wake up like this, suddenly. It hurts, it burns. But the memory of an incredible and extraordinary dream stays, as stays the awareness that we can and want to dream again. 💔👊#UCL #GoAtalantaGo ⚫️🔵 pic.twitter.com/m4IGXx8JAI
