A sad debut for AS Roma in the International Champions Cup losing the game against Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday 25 July 2018 for the International Champions Cup at the SDCCU Stadium in San Diego, California.   The only goal scored for AS Roma was by Patrik Schick while Tottenham scoring 4 goals.   Tough, but it was not the ideal start for the Roman gladiators.

A great moment is for the ex-Juventus forward Fernando Llorente scoring two goals against Roma and then Lucas Moura also scoring two goals for the final result 1-4.   Time for Roma to react for the second match.

Roma opening the score in the 3rd minute.  Patrik Schick defeating Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper with a left footed shot in the bottom right corner.   The assist is by Javier Pastore.
