Rosi: "Great match in Rome, I feel at home here"

Aleandro Rosi was officially unveiled as a Fiorentina player today in a press conference at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.
Here’s what the Viola new boy had to say: “It’s a dream to be here. I’d like to thank the entire management team, especially Daniele Pradè, Vincenzo Montella, my agent and everyone believed in me. “I come here with a very humble, positive attitude. My favoured playing system is the 3-5-2. From now on I’ll do everything I can to be considered for selection. “Playing for Genoa, I was really impressed by the way Fiorentina play. We went to Rome and got a great result to get through to the semi-finals, which is no mean feat. I had just arrived at the club and went straight down to Rome, so it was great to be with the team. “This move was already spoken about last year, but it all happened at the last minute. This is a great opportunity for me and I’ll do everything I can to show what I’m capable of. “Montella called me and asked me to come to Florence, and that was that. Everyone in the squad has treated me really well – it’s like a family here. I already know the likes of Pizarro, Aquilani, Gilardino and Diamanti. It’s been a really positive start. “There is more technical work with the ball in training here, and I want to adjust as soon as possible. “I’d also like to thank the Della Valle family, without whom I wouldn’t be here.” ]]>
