“We know very well what sort of atmosphere to expect in Thessaloniki – the fans here are very passionate. PAOK are a good side and it will be an intense encounter.”
What do you expect from your players?
“I expect a good result and to see the usual big-team mentality.”
What’s the mood like in the Fiorentina camp following the defeat to Lazio?
“We didn’t deserve to lose on Sunday. My players were excellent in the second half, perhaps better than Lazio were in the first 45 minutes.”
You have AC Milan next Sunday.
“We’ll worry about that on Friday. We’ll certainly rotate a bit tomorrow.”
Jasmin Kurtic
“It’s going to be a tough game tomorow but we’ll do everything possible to go home with a decent result in the bag.”
What happened against Lazio?
“We didn’t have a very good first half but we’ve moved on to PAOK now.”
