AC MILAN YOUTH: IMPORTANT EVENTS AROUND THE CORNER

MILAN – We’re set to enter a very busy and exciting period for the Rossoneri youth sector teams.

The Allievi Under 17 will be taking part in the 45th edition of the ‘Torneo Città di Arco-Beppe Viola’ and have been put in Group C. The Rossoneri will be kicking-off in the opening match of the tournament versus Juventus on Thursday March 10 at midday. What’s more, the match will be broadcast live on Rai Sport. The day after, the Rossoneri take on a national amateur representative side at 15.00 while on Saturday the final group match pits Milan against Verona at 15.00. The semi-finals are scheduled for Sunday March 13 while the final takes place on Tuesday, March 15.

The Giovanissimi Under 15 meanwhile are called into action on March 11 for the Italian leg of the Nike Premier Cup. The winners will then head to Manchester for the international competition against the winners of each single nation. The event in Italy, which runs from March 11-13 will be taking place in Città S. Angelo (Pescara).

To continue, it doesn’t end there for the Giovanissimi Under 15. From March 24-28 in Bologna, the Rossoneri youngsters will be taking part in what is already considered a mini youth Champions League in the form of the ‘We Love Football’ Tournament. 16 teams will be taking part divided into four groups. The following clubs have confirmed their attendance: Liverpool, Borussia Dortmund, Atletico Madrid, Anderlecht, Ajax, Paok, Lokomotiv Zagreb, Zenit, Milan, Inter, Serie B Representative side, Fiorentina, Atalanta, Bologna, Juventus, Torino. Here are the groups below:

Group A: Milan, Liverpool, Torino, Anderlecht.
Group B: Juventus, Ajax, Atalanta, Paok.
Group C: Inter, Atletico Madrid, Bologna, Lokomotiv.
Group D: Italy B, Zenit, Borussia Dortmund, Fiorentina.

The final will be played at the home of Bologna, the Dall’Ara Stadium.
