< ![CDATA[MILAN - Stefano Baldini, co-ordinator on the playing side of Milan’s youth sector spoke to Milan Channel about his vision for the club,  "We want the model designed by the club to be linear and the objective is to provide a methodological and linear path for our youngsters to allow them to become professional footballers. We aim to put in place all the adult figures that help develop Milan’s youth academy. We must get the most out of all these professionals. Every coach has his own ideas, but we want to share a unified idea of football with them. The philosophy and history of this club under President Silvio Berlusconi and CEO Adriano Galliani are tied to quality, attacking football. All of us together with the club have created the Milan model: in terms of human and technical input. To make sure all this can be become reality, all the various components of the Rossoneri youth sector must be aligned. Coaches and staff must collaborate guided by this project.
