MILAN – The head of the Italy medical team at the World Cup 2014 in Brazil spoke about the injured Azzurri players, including Milan’s Mattia De Sciglio.
Prof. Castellacci said, “Buffon’s and De Sciglio’s fitness are the only critical situations in the Italy squad. De Sciglio is to be understood seeing as he is such a young players with such an amazing opportunity, but he is more relaxes now. I can’t give any news about his return, for just now Mattia is simply undergoing treatment.”
