Training started yesterday at 15.00 for the team with the squad being put through their paces for the first time in 2014 at the Milanello sports centre.
After a warm up in the gym, Massimiliano Allegri‘s team went for a long run before a stretching session.
The session ended with the players working out in the gym.
Ignazio Abate and Valter Birsa both spent the entire session in the gym.
