MILAN- The official Atalanta website has made it known that following Monday's head injury during the match Juventus-Atalanta, Mario Yepes was given a neck brace and then taken to hospital. The player didn’t lose consciousness during the trip to the hospital. The tests and scans have ruled out any internal or external damage to the skull and Yepes has been released from hospital. The player will now rest as a precautionary measure for the following days.Yepes was a Milan player from 2010 to 2013 and was a protagonist of the Scudetto winning side in 2010-2011.
