SULLEY MUNTARI TO THE MILAN CHANNEL: “Everything is possible”

MILANELLO - Sulley Muntari spoke to the Milan Channel after training earlier today. This is what he had to say: "We wanted to win at all costs against Atalanta but we weren’t able to. We were in the lead, but things then went badly. We have the last match to play and we have to win. Everything is possible and you always need faith. On Sunday we need to think about ourselves and win. Then we’ll see what happens elsewhere. We didn’t do well against Atalanta, but we need to finish the season in the right way for us and for the fans as well. They always help us. We have to focus on our game, running hard and battling. If we do all of those things our fans will be there to support us. Against Sassuolo we want to do well and win the match. My season? There’s still one game to go. At the start of the season I did well, while in the second part of the season I’ve been injured a lot and had various situations to deal with such as suspensions. It hurt me inside to miss out in certain matches and not being by the side of my team-mates. The call-up to the World Cup squad? It’s pleasing of course. I will miss everyone from Milanello, here I have everything, but I’m going there to give my all and I hope to do well. Next season? The wish is to win the Scudetto, qualify for the Champions League and win the Italian Cup to make our fans happy."
