SEBASTIAN GAMARRA: WE MUST BE READY

MILAN – The captain of the Milan Primavera, Sebastian Gamarra, spoke exclusively to Milan Channel. He said: “This could be a decisive match in more ways than one. It is a big match, we have to prepare well for it and we have to be as ready as we can be. The first few years here at Milan I was always very tense before a derby match but now I am used to it. It is different to other matches and we have to mentally be ready to play a great game. We have two ways of playing. There is Barcelona and Real Madrid, who play in two different ways, but we all know that at the end of the day football is football. Let’s hope to impress the fans that come to see us. The change of coach is not an easy thing to deal with and especially over these last three games but doing the same things for many years now does help. Nothing has really changed from Brocchi to Nava, maybe we are working more on defence but the concepts are always the same. We are working on our psychological approach, ready to fight from the very first minute right to the end. I feel I am an important player despite the injuries this season but now I am better and I hope to play on Friday. We all need to be at our best and we all need to play well.”
