M’BAYE NIANG: I AM ONLY THINKING ABOUT MILAN

MILAN – M’baye Niang was at the presentation of ‘Torneo amici dei bambini’ and he spoke about the match against his former team Genoa.

“We always have to set an example because we know that everyone watches you when you are playing for Milan and so we have to set a good example. I always try to do my best and have the right attitude, it is important for the children that watch us. Physically I feel good, the doctors at Milan are doing their best. There are a lot of us, we have a lot of good players and so if Niang is missing then it isn’t a problem because there are other players that can step in. Udinese came to play their game, that isn’t our fault. We could have done more in the first half but we threw everything at them to win the match. We know we can get into Europe, Genoa is not a fundamental game but we know we must try and take all three points. Genoa helped me a lot, I arrived in Italy four years ago and at Genoa I managed to play good football. If I play on Sunday then I will do it for Milan and I will try to do my best. We try to do well and it doesn’t matter who scores, what is importsant is th victory. I have never thought about leaving, I have only ever thought about Milan.”
