March 21st 1976 and March 6th 1977: Both matches finished 1-1. Egidio Calloni scored both goals for Milan in these seasons.
January 1978 to December 1979: three consecutive wins for Napoli at San Siro against Milan. The first match finished 1-0 thanks to a Beppe Savoldi penalty.
January 3rd 1988: Milan-Napoli 4-1, goals from Gullit and Virdis. First victory for Milan over Napoli since 1973.
February 11th 1990: Milan-Napoli 3-0, Cesare Casella, just free by kidnappers, was watching the game next to president Berlusconi.
March 3rd 1991: Milan-Napoli 4-1, one of the last games in Serie A for Diego Armando Maradona.
January 5th 1992: Milan-Napoli 5-0, with goals from Massaro and Van Basten amongst others. The biggest win over Napoli in 50 years.
November 21st 1993: Milan-Napoli 2-1. Milan went a goal behind but came back with the first goal for Milan by Panucci and a free kick by Albertini.
January 13th 2008: Milan-Napoli 5-2, the rossoneri were at San Siro with the Club World Cup lifted by Silvio Berlusconi. Pato’s first goal for Milan.
February 28th 2011: Milan-Napoli 3-1. First match at San Siro played on a Monday night.
