The award ceremony will take place on 16 April at Palazzo Parigi in Milan presented by actor and model Aron Marzetti with special exclusive performances from Aba (X-Factor finalist) as well as pianist Alessandro Matire and the youngest DJ in the world, 9 year old Federico Gardenghi. On hand for the presentation of the awards will be Maddalena Corvaglia, Nicolas Vaporidis, Filippo Roma the future wife of Milan’s team captain Riccardo Montolivo, Cristina De Pin.
Besides the category in which the Milan Foundation has been nominated, awards will also be presented for medical research, psychological support, hospital construction and other ways in which children’s lives are improved. There are 21 Italian associations whose names have been included in the nomination process including Save the Children, Medici Senza Frontiere, and the Rava Foundation. After 20 years of activity, the Bambini Cardiopatici nel Mondo association will receive a special award.
Awards will also be presented by various show business and sporting personalities including Ezio Greggio, Martina Colombari, Giampaolo Pazzini and Peter Langner.
