MILAN – The first-half of the round four TIM Cup fixture between Milan-Crotone at the San Siro has ended goalless.
The rossoneri have seen plenty of the ball, but struggled to break down a well organised Crotone defence although Suso saw a curling effort go wide of the target before testing the ‘keeper in the closing stages with a powerful effort from inside the box.
At the other end, Torromino forced Abbiati to get down low and put the ball out for a corner with a long range strike. The Milan goalkeeper was also called into action to make a good save from close range on De Giorgio with Mexes on hand to clear away the rebound.
