Mihajlovic saying, “Not only did we try some moves but we also were quite dangerous. Zapata started as a central defender but without Abate, and because I wanted to let Paletta play, I put Zapata on the right. I don’t know if Abate will be ready for Real Madrid but definitely the ones after that. There is much work to be done, we know that in every dead ball situation everybody has to know what to do and who has to obstruct the breaks. The important thing is to change the mentality, play to win and when we defend dead ball situations not to concede goals. I like the spirit of the team and the fact that we conceded so little. That is the spirit I want, not just in the derby, but in all the games. We have started from scratch and in this period we are working a lot on tactics. The players are focused on doing well, which is what I am asking of them until it comes naturally. I am happy with the performance, we are on the right track. There is still a lot to do but the lads are willing to learn.”
