ITALY U17: TODAY AGAINST RUSSIA

 

MILAN – The Italy U17s landed in Tbilisi on Sunday night and held their first training session on Monday morning. The azzurri will play their first match today against Russia at the Mikheil Meskhi Stadioni-2 at 13.00. “They are a very practical side that play solid football,” said the Italy coach Alessandro Dal Canto “They are similar to the way we play football, and they have four very good players, especially the two wide attackers, players capable of creating problems for anyone.”

Three rossoneri are part of the squad in Georgia; the goalkeeper Plizzari, the defender Bellanova and the midfielder Gabbia.
