The Rossoneri went into the break 1-0 ahead thanks to a goal from Vigolo on 30 minutes with a low cross-shot. Bellanova doubled the lead two minutes into the second half with a well-struck shot and with nine minutes left Vigolo scored his second and the team’s third to keep Milan unbeaten after two matches. They will play Inter on Tuesday.

Milan kicked off their Final Eight bid against Chievo with a 4-0 win.

They were leading 3-0 against at half-time. Milan took less than 20 minutes to score three times. Bellodi opened the scoring on ten minutes following a corner from Negri as he beat the goalkeeper inside the six-yard area. Another corner led to the second goal and this time Ngom received a cross from Torchio to score with a low shot. Kyeremateng hit the Rossoneri’s third goal three minutes later.

The Giovanissimi Nazionali added a fourth goal seven minutes into the second half through Torchio to run out 4-0 winners.
