MILAN – More from Hernan Crespo, who has given an exclusive interview with the Milan Channel. The ex-Milan and Lazio forward will see his two former sides face each other this weekend at the Olimpico:

“Pippo is a person that has enormous abilities, for the way in which he lives for football he will find a way out, he knows Milan perfectly, he knows what to do and how to act, he’s having some difficulties but I don’t think it’s a question of experience, it’s a reality that is changing and has to adapt by working hard and Pippo knows this. I am convinced that Pippo and Milan will do better than what we’ve seen so far. Osvaldo’s problem comes from within himself, he has a great talent, he can make the difference. It’s a mental problem, if he’s able to calm down he can get back to doing well, playing in the national team and scoring. He’s an exciting player that creates expectations. The problem is how ready is he mentally to accept the decisions and the rules that come with the job. It’s Osvaldo fighting against Osvaldo”.
