MILAN- Milan shot-stopper Diego Lopez has spoken to the Milan Channel. These were the Spaniard’s comments after training today:

“Saturday will be a very hard match against Chievo. They are low down in the league table and so it will be a big match also for them. The 3 points we collected against Cesena were vital for us and we now face Chievo with confidence. It was hard watching on from the stands against Cesena. I was impressed though by the side and it was a hard match for us taking into account the current situation. The main thing was to win and let’s now continue on this path. We know the next match will be a hard one, but we know that we can do well and come away with a good result. Abbiati made a save that was perfect technically in a crucial moment of the match and it was very important for the team. Consistency with our results is important. There are 14 matches left to play and there are still many points up for grabs.”
