Here are the declarations of AC Milan defender Cristian Zapata to Milan Channel after the training session at the Centro Sportivo Milanello on Sunday 4 January 2015.

“We’ve got some important players back following the winter break and the work that we’ve done will allow us to start off in the best possible way in Serie A. We’re very motivated ahead of the Sassuolo match, we’re doing well and we want to keep it up and continue to improve. Sassuolo have shown themselves to be a very compact side, they played well against Roma and Juventus. It will be a very hard match.”
