These were his thoughts after the 4-0 win over Cittadella: "We’re at the start and the lads have begun to do the things that I ask and want from my players. It was hard today because it was very hot and this definitely had an influence from a physical point of view. As a first match though it was played out well. I received important responses from some of the players that up until now had difficulties and therefore I am very happy. I created the playing system last season and it’s the one that I like the most. It’s not about the numbers, but ideas that you ask for and that the players are able to carry out on the pitch.
