Here are the stats to emerge from the match:

4- the rossoneri had gone 4 matches unbeaten before falling to defeat away at Udinese on Saturday.

3- by scoring against Udinese, Giampaolo Pazzini scored his third goal of this season. 2 of these have been scored in Serie A and 1 in the Italian Cup. Along with Nigel De Jong, Pazzini is the only other player in the Milan squad to have found the back of the net in both competitions this season.

99- Pazzini is just one goal short of reaching the milestone of 100 goals in Serie A. His second half header away at Udinese was his 99th goal in the Italian top flight. 3 have been scored with the Atalanta jersey, 25 with Fiorentina, 36 with Sampdoria, 16 with Inter and 19 with Milan.

11 February 2012- to find the last time Milan ran out winners at the Friuli stadium, you have to go back to 2012. On that day Maxi Lopez and El Shaarawy were on the score-sheet to give Milan a 2-1 victory after Antonio Di Natale had broken the deadlock.
