(IN THE PHOTO: Ignazio Abate training)MILANELLO – Training began yesterday at 15.00 at the Milanello sports centre ahead of the quarter final Italian Cup match Milan-Udinese tonight at the San Siro.The squad started with a warm-up on the lower pitch behind the gym at Milanello. The warm-up included a possession drill followed by a jog and some upper and lower body exercises and then some stretching.The squad then started to work more with the ball.
