Who said it was going to be an easy game? What a thriller, an agonizing victory for Spain winning the FIFA World Cup First Stage Group B game on Wednesday 20 June, 2018 at the Kazan Arena in Kazan, Russia. Spain overcame the pressure and grabbed the victory thanks to the goal by Diego Costa scoring so far 3 goals in this World Cup just one goal behind Portugal forward Cristiano Ronaldo with 4 goals. The Group standing switched.
Iran not only lost the match, but also lost the first position going down to the third position remaining with 3 points. Spain and Portugal having 4 points each. The qualification to the knock-out stages will be decided until the last game with Span, Portugal, and Iran having chances to qualify. Morocco is already eliminated.
