Napoli failed to win the Serie A Week 33 game against AS Roma on Monday 18 April 2022 at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium in Napoli, Italy.    Napoli took the lead and in the 90th minute, Roma equalized for the 1-1 sharing 1 point each.  The draw is a step back for Napoli slowing down the race for the Scudetto reaching 67 points being -4 points below AC Milan with 71 points in the 1st position. We might say this is a fair result, after a hard-fought match, more tense than spectacular. On matchday 34, Napoli will visit Empoli while Roma will visit Inter at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium.

Referee Marco Di Bello gave a penalty to Napoli conceded by Roger Ibañez after a foul on Hirving Lozano. In the 11th minute, forward Lorenzo Insigne converted the penalty defeating AS Roma goalkeeper Rui Patricio with a right-footed shot to the bottom left corner.

Amazing! Roma equalized for the 1-1 in the 90th minute. Forward Stephan El Shaarawy defeated Napoli goalkeeper Meret with a right-footed shot to the top right corner. The assist is by Tammy Abraham.
