Lazio win in grand style  the Serie A Week 3 game defeating Inter on Friday 26 August 2022 at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium in Rome, Italy. Coach Simone Inzaghi returning to the Olimpico to lose against his ex team. Inter losing their first game this season.  Felipe Anderson broke the deadlock in the 40th minute thanks to an assist from Milinkovic-Savic. Lautaro Martínez equalized the score in the 51st minute. At 75′ Luis Alberto, Pedro sealing the victory in the 86th minute. Lazio with 7 points overtaking Inter remaining with 6 points.

In the next round, Inter will play at home against Cremonese while Lazio will play the away game against Sampdoria.

Lazio opened the score in te 40th minute. Felipe Anderson defeated Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic with a headed shot to the bottom left corner. The assist is by Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

Inter equalized for the 1-1 in the 51st minute. It is Argentinean forward Lautaro Martínez to defeat Lazio goalkeeper Ivan Provedel from very close range with a right footed shot to the bottom right corner. The assist is by Denzel Dumfries.

Lazio taking the lead again for the 2-1 in the 75th minute. Luis Alberto with a right footed shot to the top right corner. The assist is by Pedro.

Lazio just sealing the game in the 86th minute. Pedro scored for the 3-1 with a right footed shot to the bottom right corner. The assist is by Ciro Immobile.
