✅ Stats before the game. Lazio have won just two of their last 11 Serie A matches against Atalanta (D5, L4), including the most recent one – after the success in the first leg, in fact, the Biancocelesti could find success in both seasonal matches of championship against the nerazzurri for the first time since 2016/17, Gian Piero Gasperini’s first season with the Goddess. Lazio have kept clean sheets in their last two Serie A matches against Atalanta, already the longest streak without a goal against Dea since the period between 2012 and 2013 (when the clean sheets were four in a row). Lazio have not won at the Olimpico against Atalanta in Serie A since 15 January 2017 (2-1 with goals from Milinkovic-Savic and Immobile which overturned Petagna’s lead): since then three draws and two Nerazzurri successes. After the 1-1 draws against Fiorentina and Verona, Lazio could score three draws in a row in Serie A for the first time since November-December 2018, when Simone Inzaghi sat on the Biancoceleste bench (four in that case). After the 0-1 defeat against Sassuolo, Atalanta could be without goals for two games in a row for the first time in this championship: in fact, this hasn’t happened to the Nerazzurri since May 2022, with the 0-2 defeats against Milan and 0-1 against Empoli.
👉 Lineup Lazio: Provedel, Hysaj, Casale, Romagnoli, Marusic, Milinkovic-Savic, Cataldi, Luis Alberto, Felipe Anderson, Immobile, Zaccagni.
👉 Lineup Atalanta: Musso, Toloi, Djimsiti, Scalvini, Hateboer, de Roon, Koopmeiners, Zappacosta, Éderson, Højlund, Lookman.
