Cremonese and Udinese ended the Serie A Week 12 game with a goalless draw on Sunday 30 October 2022 at the Giovanni Zini Stadium in Cremona, Italy.  Cremonese remained in the last position with 5 points.  It is the fourth game without a win for Udinese which slips to eighth place, reached by Juventus.
