Mission accomplished!  Napoli needed to win this game to keep the first position and leave Juventus down in the second position with a +2 points advantage.

Surprise at the San Paolo Stadium!   It’s Empoli to open the score in the 28th minute.   Empoli midfieldeer Leandro Paredes defeating Napoli goalkeeper Pepe Reina with a right footed free kick shot in the enter.

Napoli quickly reacting and equalize the score.   In the 33rd minute is forward Gonzalo Higuain to motivate the squad with his goal.  Higuain defeating Empoli goalkeeper Lukasz Skorupski with a headed shot in the bottom right corner.  The assist is by forward Lorenzo Insigne.

A total turnover in 4 minutes!   Napoli overturning the result and take the lead.  In the 37th minute, forward Lorenzo Insigne sending the clear message to the fans that Napoli will keep the first position.  Insigne defeating Empoli goalkeeper with a right footed shot in the top left corner.

Tough situation for Empoli!   Far from scoring to shorten the distance, BAM!   There it is an own goal in the 51st minute by Michele Camporese while attempting to save!
