It seems the pressure for Sampdoria and AC Milan to win this game to get closer to the Europa Leazue zone was stronger than having a strong determination to win it. Sampdoria taking the lead and then Milan equalizing, just a vain draw. Here is the thing, this draw is more like a lost for Milan seeing their chances to grab a post for the Europa League almost a mirage with only 8 more games to go.
Milan failing to win their third consecutive win, something not happening since April 2014. Sampdoria had 4 consecutive wins until last week losing against Fiorentina.
A cold shower in San Siro with Sampdoria silencing the stadium. In the 58th minute there is the combo goal… an action started by Sampdoria forward making his way to provide the assist to midfielder Roberto Soriano and there you go, BAM! Soriano defeating Milan goalkeeper Diego Lopez with a right footed shot in the bottom left corner. Total joy for the few Sampdoria fans in San Siro while Milan fans are just speechless. What a blow for the Rossoneri.
A quick reaction. AC Milan equalizing the score in the 74th minute with midfielder Nigel De Jong defeating Sampdoria goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano with a right footed shot in the bottom left corner. The goal arriving following a corner conceded by Sampdoria midfielder Alfred Duncan. This is the 3rd goal by De Jong in this season.

Lady luck moving away… Milan closer to the goal in the 83rd minute with forward Suso though his left footed shot hit the post.
Sampdoria making the last substitutio in the 88th minute. Defender De Silvestri is injured and is replaced by forward Pawel Wszolek
An agonizing end with both teams playing more in desperation than with clear mind. In the 90th minute Referee giving a yellow card to Milan defender Philippe Mexes and Sampdoria forward Pawel Wszolek.
