The Lega announced the 2021-22 Coppa Italia draw with the first-round draw with 12 Serie A teams involved. The games will be played on August 13 and 16. The 2021–22 Coppa Italia will be the 75th edition. Juventus are the defending champions. Unlike previous years, the number of participating teams was reduced from 78 of the previous season to 44 clubs. The Coppa Italia Final will be played on Wednesday 11 May 2022.

👉 Coppa Italia First Round: August 13 to August 16, 2021, A group of 32 teams (4 winners from the preliminary round, the remaining 16 teams from Serie B and 12 Serie A teams seeded 9–20) will compete in this round, 16 of which will advance to the second round.
👉 Coppa Italia Round of 16: Wednesday 12 January or Wednesday 19 January 2022
👉 Coppa Italia Quarter-finals: Wednesday 9 February 2022
